The QSI (Qualify Service Innovation) Value Assessment tool is designed to assist business managers in determining and mapping the potential value of service innovation projects. Mapping such as this is necessary from a project and portfolio management perspective.
In project management, knowing the potential value of the project is necessary to determine appropriate targets by which the project can be guided. In portfolio management, knowing the relative value of each concept or idea will help prioritize the most beneficial projects.
Update Sep. 2010: QSI was presented at NHO Grafisk's national meeting. NHO Grafisk is the employer organization for the Norwegian graphic industry.
